User Conduct

You agree not to:

No Employment Guarantee

RECSCI provides recruiting services but does not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on many factors including employer requirements, market conditions, and candidate qualifications. We make no representations regarding the terms, conditions, or duration of any employment.

Employer Relationships

RECSCI acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer. All terms of employment are determined solely between you and the hiring company.

Fees

Our candidate services are provided at no cost to job seekers. We are compensated by employer clients for successful placements. You will never be charged fees for our recruiting services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RECSCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RECSCI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
